Dr. Patrick Mande is a highly motivated, determined and passionate researcher in Economic Regulation, Productivity, Efficiency and Frontier Analysis. He provides economic, policy advice (based on the evidence) to utilities, regulators and Governments in the water, electricity and Railroad sectors in Sub-Saharan Africa. He serves in building capacities and as a life skills and leadership coach, team builder, and motivator, trainer and social care facilitator in community settings. He has managed a team of 200 workers with excellent results in terms of minimizing costs, gaining time, fundraising and achieving set goals. He has impacted thousands of people in the community
A minister of the Gospel and an author, Dr. Mande travels around the world equipping and motivating people with life-changing principles he has experienced for a successful life. Dr. Mande received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Protestant University of Congo in 2001 and a master’s degree in Business Economics from Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2009. In 2014, he was awarded a doctorate degree (Ph.D.) in Economics from HEC University of Liège. Specialization: Economic Regulation, Productivity and Frontier Econometrics.
